BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for Delaware's Early Intervention & Pediatrics program. This role offers a flexible schedule with part-time or per diem options and compensation up to $80 per visit, plus benefits and a travel stipend.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child's development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits
