Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license.
• Experience delivering PT in outpatient settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing PT evaluations per APTA and state standards.
• Develop and implement Plan of Treatment with patient progress review.
• Document progress and communicate with patients and care teams.
• Assess mobility, strength and function; set realistic goals with patients.
• Coordinate discharge plans and home care recommendations.
• Maintain current knowledge through ongoing education and workshops.
• Support staff to maintain a clean, safe rehabilitation environment.
