Summit Therapy Services, a clinical leader in DFW, seeks an experienced Physical Therapist for a part-time role in McKinney, TX. The ideal candidate will work within a family-centered outpatient clinic, collaborating with speech and OT providers to deliver comprehensive rehab services.

Minimum 5 years of PT experience, a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy, and a current Texas PT license are required. Responsiblities include evaluations, treatment planning, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from a PTA-approved program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license.
• At least 5 years of experience providing PT in a fully equipped facility.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial and ongoing PT evaluations per APTA and state standards.
• Develop and implement Plan of Treatment; adjust as patient progress dictates.
• Document patient progress according to clinical procedures.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and function; set realistic improvement goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers; coordinate with rehab team.
