About the Opportunity

Our client is a growing multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient rehabilitation clinic in San Antonio, TX , dedicated to helping children reach their developmental and functional potential. The clinic provides collaborative care across multiple pediatric therapy disciplines and is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pediatric PT who enjoys working with children and families and wants the flexibility of a part-time schedule while being part of a collaborative clinical environment.

Position Responsibilities

The Pediatric Physical Therapist will:

  • Evaluate pediatric patients to identify physical, developmental, and functional needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs and goals.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services to children with a variety of developmental and physical challenges.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gait, and gross motor skills.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, physicians, and other members of the multidisciplinary therapy team.
  • Provide families with education, home exercise programs, and strategies to support continued progress outside of therapy.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Participate as an active member of a collaborative pediatric rehabilitation team.
  • Provide compassionate, family-centered care while creating a positive and engaging experience for children.
Ideal Candidate

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
