Qualifications
Minimum 3 years pediatric PT experience; 5+ preferred.
Passion for mentorship and family-centered care.
Responsibilities
Oversee outpatient pediatrics with a focus on neurodiversity.
Collaborate with on-site OT, Speech, and ABA teams.
Mentor and supervise PT and PTA staff.
Skills
Ability to create and implement individualized therapy plans
Experience supervising and mentoring PTAs
Strong knowledge of Arizona DDD guidelines
Ability to deliver care in clinic and home settings
Education
Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active Arizona Physical Therapist license
