Job summary

Green Key Resources LLC is seeking an Area Director of Outpatient Pediatric Therapy to oversee nine pediatric therapy clinics across Colorado. This leadership role focuses on shaping quality of care, team culture, and growth beyond a single site.

You will mentor Clinical Directors, drive clinic performance, strengthen referral relationships, and partner with the Senior Director of Therapy to establish strategy and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
• 3+ years in clinical leadership or multi-site management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Clinical Directors across nine outpatient pediatric locations.
• Own clinic performance, including the numbers that drive a healthy, sustainable practice.
• Drive growth by strengthening referral relationships and expanding access for children and families.
• Partner with the Senior Director of Therapy, to whom you will report, on strategy and clinical standards.
• Coach, mentor, and support therapists so great clinicians want to stay and grow.

A well-established Colorado pediatric therapy organization, in operation for more than 20 years, is hiring an Area Director of Outpatient Pediatric Therapy to oversee nine outpatient clinics across the state. This is a true leadership role for a therapist who wants to move beyond a single clinic and shape quality of care, team culture, and growth on a bigger stage.
