Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain licensure as a psychologist in the State of Maryland.
• Must possess and maintain board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D).
• Must have completed BACB 8-hour supervisor training, or be supervisor-eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services and supervision for APA and BCBA credentialed staff.
• Perform case management of outpatient cases.
• Collect and evaluate clinical outcomes; report to department leadership.
• Supervise and train pre-doctoral interns and post-doctoral fellows.
• Participate in hiring, supervising, and evaluating Behavioral Psychology staff.
• Support supervision of behavior therapists pursuing BCBA certification.
• Contribute to clinic/department research initiatives.
• Attend administrative, clinical, and training meetings.
• Provide supervision of staff for specific programs.
