Family of Kidz is seeking a qualified psychologist to conduct psychological evaluations and develop diagnostic reports for children across ages in Suffolk County, NY. The role includes collaboration with families and school teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to treatment planning.

The position offers part-time flexibility with potential for full-time based on caseload. License requirements include NYS psychology licensure or limited permit and school psychologist

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Psychology required.
• NY Licensed or Limited Permit Psychologist.
• New York State School Psychologist certificate.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in supporting children and families.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations and social/developmental histories for children of various ages.
• Write comprehensive diagnostic and psychological reports.
• Maintain positive communication between supervisors, employees and families.
• Ensure compliance with government and agency regulations and standards.
• Participate in meetings as needed.
