• Knowledge of medication management and DFPS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident medical needs and coordinate treatment and physician communication.
• Schedule medical appointments and arrange transportation as needed.
• Attend psychiatric and specialty medical appointments with clients.
• Oversee medication ordering, refills, storage, and administration.
• Administer medications as needed.
• Lead weekly audits of medication documentation and medical records.
