This on-site role delivers developmentally appropriate care to high-risk behavioral patients, utilizing the nursing process in acute care, ICU, and ED settings, and provides clinical support to bedside teams.

The position requires a BSN, Texas RN license, BLS, and at least 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• BSN in Nursing is required.
• Texas RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of job-related experience.

Responsabilités

• Globally assess the patient's situation using nursing judgment and guidelines.
• Support bedside staff by inspecting rooms, identifying hazards, and removing at-risk items.
• Deliver competent nursing care to patients and families.
• Provide education to staff and assist in locating behavioral health resources.
• Serve as a just-in-time resource to bedside nursing and physicians.
