Job summary

Hanger Clinic in Bellaire, Texas is seeking a Prosthetist/Orthotist to provide premier O&P care in a high-volume pediatric-focused clinic. You will assess, design, fabricate, and fit prosthetic and orthotic devices, collaborating with physicians and specialists to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

You will work with a supportive team in a community-centered environment, with emphasis on clinical excellence, patient education, and ongoing professional development within a large national network.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics (ABC/BOC) or eligible.
• ,
• Baccalaureate degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics or foreign equivalent.
• State licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to evaluate patient needs for prosthetic and/or orthotic services.
• Examine and evaluate patient needs related to disease and functional loss.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and/or orthotic devices.
• Provide patient education and follow-up with physicians and care teams.
