Job summary

First Day Homecare is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient with a tracheostomy and G-tube in Cleveland County, NC.

This weekend-day shift on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM offers competitive hourly pay and an opportunity to build meaningful connections with families while delivering safe, high-quality care under supportive clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license valid in North Carolina.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Hands-on experience performing tracheostomy changes.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Dependable, compassionate, and confident providing independent nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide tracheostomy care, including routine and emergency trach changes.
• Perform airway management and suctioning.
• Administer G-tube feedings and medications as ordered.
• Monitor patient condition and provide skilled nursing interventions.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
