Job summary

First Day Homecare is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient with a tracheostomy and G-tube in Cleveland County, NC.

This weekend day position offers consistent 12-hour shifts (Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM) with competitive pay and the support of a dedicated clinical leadership team, all in a home-care setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license valid in North Carolina.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Hands-on experience with tracheostomy care and emergency changes.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tracheostomy care, routine and emergency changes.
• Perform airway management and suctioning.
• Administer G-tube feedings and medications as ordered.
• Monitor patient condition and provide skilled nursing interventions.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
