Maxim Healthcare in Fairview Heights is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own home located in Fairview Heights, Illinois.

Compensation:

• Salary: $30 - $33 per hour
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:

• Sun-Sat 6a-2p available
• Sun-Sat 2p-10p available
• Sun-Sat 16-hour shifts 6a-10p available

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.

• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
