Job description

Maxim Healthcare in Fairview Heights is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own home located in Alton, Illinois.

Compensation:

• Salary: $30 - $33 / per hour
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:

• Mon-Fri 8a-4p
• Opportunity to set and keep a consistent weekly schedule
• Accepting both part-time and full-time applicants!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.
