Job summary

• Ensures clinic processes and workflows comply with regulatory and policy requirements.
• Collaborates with providers and team to ensure smooth clinic flow and positive patient/family outcomes.
• Documents according to organizational standards and policies.
• Engages in data collection, Quality Improvement, and communicates updates to staff.
