Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from ACEN or CCNE accredited school.

• BSN preferred; must complete BSN within 5 years.
• Licensed RN in Ohio required.
• BLS certification required.
• Three years pediatric clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Assesses patient needs, plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices.
• Ensures clinic processes and workflows comply with regulatory and policy requirements.
• Documents according to organizational standards and policies.
• Engages in data collection and Quality Improvement activities and reports updates to staff.
