Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking an experienced pediatric outpatient RN to join our ambulatory float pool. You will provide nursing care across multiple outpatient clinics, including Otolaryngology, Adolescent, Pulmonary, and more, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers 32 or 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts and floating to several Boston locations and select satellites. Massachusetts RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• 1 year of outpatient pediatric RN experience preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care in outpatient settings across multiple clinics.
• Partner with multidisciplinary staff to manage clinic flow and patient care needs.
• Triage and manage phone calls; coordinate care for patients.
