Job summary

Mindfully Behavioral Health seeks a licensed PMHNP to join as an independent contractor for children and adolescents. The role offers flexible hours with a baseline of 24 hours per week and a minimum of 16 in-person hours, plus potential for more based on demand.

The PMHNP will help establish and expand psychiatric services within an integrated care team, conducting in-person and telehealth ambulatory care under a 1099 contract.

Qualifications

• Board license/PMHNP required.
• Minimum 24 hours per week availability.
• Experience with children and adolescents preferred.
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor (1099).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients as scheduled.
• Collaborate with the designated physician to ensure outcomes.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach at all times.
• Prescribe medications and non-pharmacological therapies as appropriate.
• Educate and counsel to promote positive health behaviors.
• Apply standardized care guidelines in clinical practice.
• Perform designated procedures and ensure compliance.
