Job summary

Mindfully Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed PMHNP to join as an independent contractor for pediatric and adolescent patients. The role offers a flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week, including at least 16 hours in-person.

The contract supports a mix of in-person and telehealth ambulatory care under a 1099 arrangement. You will work with counselors as part of an integrated care team, prescribing medications and non-pharmacological therapies, and collaborating

Qualifications

• Board-eligible/board-certified PMHNP required.
• Commit to at least 24 hours per week, with 16+ in-person.
• Experience with children/adolescents preferred.
• Open to 1099 contract arrangements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients as scheduled.
• Collaborate with the physician to ensure positive outcomes.
• Prescribe medications and non-pharmacological therapies as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families to promote healthy behaviors.
• Follow standardized care guidelines and ensure compliance.
• Perform designated procedures as needed and maintain documentation.
