Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct Medication Management appointments for new and established clients.
• Ethically prescribe medication to clients.
• Communicate with PCPs when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and complete progress notes.
• Update and maintain client records and confidentiality.
