The role emphasizes comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health.
• Current and valid PMHNP license in the state.
• National ANCC PMHNP certification.
• Experience preferred in outpatient/behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents aged 4–17.
• Diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team including therapists and nurses.
• Participate in treatment planning, case consultations, and meetings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per policy and regulatory requirements.
