Job summary

Pediatric Associates is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Pediatrician in Florida. Join a large, physician-led practice with a mission to deliver high-quality pediatric care. The role includes newborn rounding, weekday schedules, and potential bonus opportunities.

Qualifications include MD/DO, board certification or eligibility in pediatrics, Florida licensure, and completion of an ACGME/AOA pediatrics residency. BLS and PALS as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care in a busy practice.

• Spanish-speaking ability preferred.

Position Overview:

• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment
