Responsibilities

We are searching for a board certified or eligible Pediatrician to join the Quincy Medical Group Clinic. This position is qualified for National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment

• Well-respected team of 4 Pediatricians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Flexible schedule designed to meet personal and professional needs. Physicians typically work a 4-day workweek plus 1 Saturday per month.
• Primarily outpatient practice.
• Rounding and call schedule to ensure work/life balance. Hospital Call 1:8 and back-up clinic call.
• Collegial group and support team.

We Offer

• High earning potential with no cap
• 1 year shareholder track and ASC ownership, no buy-in or downside
• 401k with match (fully vested day one) plus profit sharing
• Eligible for sign-on, relocation, loan forgiveness, NHSC loan repayment, and residency stipend
• Up to 6 weeks paid time off and 6 paid holidays
• $2,500 CME allowance plus paid license and certification renewals
• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $250,000 - $300,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $300,000 - $550,000.
