• Must have 3 references including a supervisory reference.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to patients aged 0-18, managing well and sick visits.
• Handle patient volume of up to 20 patients per day post-ramping.
• Work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Pediatrics Physician at Pacific Companies summary :

The Pediatrics Physician position is an outpatient locum role based in Sacramento, CA, scheduled for December 2024 to May 2025, with a possibility for extension. The physician will provide primary care to patients aged 0-18, managing both well and sick visits, with a patient volume of up to 20 patients per day. Board certification, California licensure, and recent outpatient pediatric experience are required, alongside the ability to work with the Epic EMR system.

Shift options : M-F, 8a-5p

Call : None

Patient volume : must be comfortable seeing up to 20 patients / day once ramped up

Scope : Outpatient pediatric primary care, ages 0-18, well and sick visits

EMR : Epic (experience required within the last 18 months)

Group / support : Full subspecialty support

Required : Board certified (board eligible if within 2 years of training), CA license, COVID vaccine and booster, must have OP PED experience within 12 months, must have three references to provider (including a supervisory one)
