Qualifications

• Must have California PTA License.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
• Livescan, TB test, and CPR certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments and modalities as prescribed.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust goals with the supervising PT.
• Design and teach home exercise programs for patients and families.
• Document patient care in charts and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain infection-control policies and ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve therapy goals.
