Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct eligibility determinations for children referred to the ITP using standardized testing tools and caregiver reports.
• Evaluate adaptive, communication, motor, cognitive and social-emotional development of children birth-three.
• Develop family service plans in collaboration with the team.
• Provide treatment services as needed and support CDSA staff.
