Qualifications

• New grads to seasoned PTs are encouraged to apply.
• Must stay updated on standard practices for different patient groups and follow APTA guidelines.
• Develops care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments.

Responsibilities

• Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides by service standards.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services and conducts evaluations and treatments.
• Meets established productivity standards for the department or service line.
• Keeps thorough and timely patient records and completes billing accurately.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Performs patient care and supervision as required.
