Responsibilities

• Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides by service standards.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services, conducts evaluations and treatments according to professional standards (APTA), and develops care plans with specific goals based on patient assessments.
• Meets established productivity standards for the department or service line.
• Keeps thorough and timely patient records and completes billing accurately and promptly.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers about patient needs and goals.
• Supervises patient care as appropriate.
