SPG Therapy & Education is a specialized pediatric group seeking energetic Physical Therapists for school-based and pediatric settings in California. Join a team that empowers children and families with meaningful, measurable outcomes.

We offer full-time, part-time, or per-diem schedules, with a sign-on bonus up to $2,500 and relocation support. Licensure in California is required or eligible, and strong collaboration with educators is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services for children in school/pediatric settings.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with SMART goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and team members to support student outcomes.
• Participate in equipment/assistive technology evaluations and trainings.
• Contribute to IEP and medical team meetings as an active member.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and SIGs.
