SPG Therapy & Education in California is seeking Physical Therapists to join our pediatric team for the 2026-2027 school year. Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per-Diem roles with competitive hourly wages ($56–$70/hour) and a collaborative, clinician-led culture.

You'll deliver direct PT services in school and pediatric settings, conduct evaluations, create SMART goals, and work with educators, families and the IEP/medical teams to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid California Physical Therapy license.
• Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings.
• Strong clinical, interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with caregivers and professionals.
• Committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services and consultation for children in school or pediatric settings.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with SMART goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families and team members to support student outcomes.
• Participate in equipment/assistive technology evaluation and trainings.
• Contribute to IEP and medical team meetings as an active member.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, mentorship and SIGs.
