SPG Therapy & Education is seeking licensed Physical Therapists in California for the 2026-2027 school year. Full-time, part-time, or per-diem roles available with a sign-on bonus up to $2,500.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical and pediatric school-based care skills.
• Clear communication with caregivers and professionals; solid documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT services in school/pediatric settings.
• Perform evaluations using standardized assessments and observations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with SMART goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and team members to improve student outcomes.
• Participate in equipment and assistive technology evaluations and trainings.
• Contribute to IEP and medical team meetings as an active member.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship.
