Overview

Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by team members.

Experience
  • Perform modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
  • Provide effective instruction to patients and families through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with team members, patients, and families to improve patient outcomes.
  • Be productive and efficient in daily operations.
  • Select and perform appropriate assessment procedures.
  • Establish and update formal plans of care to address individual patient needs.
