Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Active AHA BLS certification.
• Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, reevaluate, develop and implement a care plan.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings related to patient care.
• Document daily patient activities, statistics and charges accurately and timely.
• Ensure documentation reflects evidence-based practices.
• Prepare discharge planning from evaluation based on potential and benefit of therapy.
• Maintain CEUs for licensure and clinical excellence.
• Provide evidence-based practice presentations and peer review opportunities.
