Job summary

PathWays of Southwestern Pennsylvania seeks Independent Contractor Physical Therapists to provide pediatric PT services for infants and toddlers (0–3) in Greene, Fayette Counties, PA and surrounding areas. You’ll visit homes, daycares, and community spaces, tailoring activities to promote movement and independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree from an accredited PT program.
• Licensed as a PA Physical Therapist with current credentials.
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI fingerprints.
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• Enrollment in PA’s Promise System.
• Physical ability to work with toddlers; active and mobile.
• Tech savvy for documenting sessions on laptop or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT services to infants and toddlers in homes, daycares, and community spaces.
• Collaborate with families to build movement routines and independence.
• Maintain session notes and progress reports; manage required paperwork.
• Coordinate with county service coordinators to support each child’s progress.

Requirements
