Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist licensure in NY.
• Experience with medically complex pediatric patients.
• Familiarity with ventilators and respiratory support equipment.
• Experience in inpatient pediatric settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on needs, goals, and medical status.
• Provide PT interventions for children with high-acuity needs.
• Use high-frequency intervention approaches and adapt treatment to patient goals and progress.
• Monitor and document patient response, progress, and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Follow facility policies and professional standards for safe, effective care.
