Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist licensure in the practicing state.
• Inpatient pediatric experience, preferably with medically complex patients.
• Familiarity with ventilators and respiratory support equipment.
• Knowledge of high-frequency intervention approaches and passion for this model.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and collaboration skills.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, Wednesday through Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy interventions for children with high-acuity needs.
• Use high-frequency intervention approaches and adapt to patient goals.
• Monitor and document patient response, progress, and changes.
• Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
