Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our outpatient program in California. The role involves evaluating patients, creating and guiding treatment plans, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to support children’s growth and goals.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid California PT License
• Pediatric experience a plus
• Clear Livescan
• TB Test
• CPR Healthcare Provider Card

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and interpret evaluations to inform PT treatment plans
• Administer physical therapy treatments and supervise assistants as needed
• Develop and guide home exercise programs for patients and families
• Document care in patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Maintain equipment and adhere to infection-control policies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members
• Contribute to discharge planning and post-therapy follow-up care
• Participate in IEP planning as part of a comprehensive education plan
