Job summary

Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy seeks a licensed Certified Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Corona. You will assess patients, develop PT plans, and deliver therapy across pediatric populations while collaborating with physicians and the IEP team.

We provide a supportive environment with ongoing training, education reimbursement, and opportunities to work in both traditional clinic settings and our ranch-based hippo-therapy program.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license to practice.
• Experience assessing pediatric patients and creating PT plans.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and IEP teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret evaluations to determine PT treatment plans.
• Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and use assistive devices.
• Administer PT treatments and supervise therapy assistants as needed.
• Document patient progress and discharge planning in records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuing education and adhere to regulations.
