Job summary

NAPA Center Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support pediatric clients—from infants to adolescents—focusing on development, enhancement, or restoration of motor skills within a multidisciplinary team.

You will create individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, train caregivers on assistive devices and home exercises, document thoroughly in the EHR, and collaborate with families and other professionals to promote continued growth and community participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Applied Science or Physical Therapy degree from an accredited university.
• 2+ years post-graduate pediatric PT experience preferred.
• DOJ and FBI background clearance.
• TB test clearance, CPR and First Aid certificates.
• Current licensure as Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with clients and professionals.
• Documentation completed on schedule per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat motor, functional, and sensory impairments in pediatric clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on goals and conditions.
• Provide hands-on PT, gait training, and stretching.
• Document evaluations and progress in the electronic health record.
• Train patients and caregivers in assistive devices and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team for client-centered care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical practice improvements.
• Maintain licensure and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
