Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program accredited by CAPTE.
• Initial certification obtained from the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients for Physical Therapy.
• Establish and update plans of care for Physical Therapy.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care through therapeutic treatment.
