Qualifications

• Must hold a PA Physical Therapy license.
• Experience working in Early Intervention or equivalent pediatric settings is required.
• Preferably have experience in home-based service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services and consult with family members.
• Follow Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) for each child.
• Coach family members on intervention strategies.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and community settings.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality.
