Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct screenings and evaluations for potential clients.
• Create individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Partner with parents and caregivers regarding care plans.
• Collaborate with other therapists for shared clients.
• Complete documentation in line with insurance requirements.
