Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Minnesota OT license or in process.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy to help children achieve milestones through play.
• Conduct screenings and provide recommendations for evaluation.
• Prepare and conduct evaluations with appropriate assessments; share findings with caregivers and physicians.
• Create individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Collaborate with parents and physicians regarding plan of care and home care.
• Complete required documentation in line with insurance timelines.
