BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for Early Intervention & Pediatrics coverage in Sussex County, DE, with Maryland licensure considered.

Set your own schedule, choose your geographic coverage area, and work in natural environments—homes, childcare settings, playgrounds and more. Per visit compensation up to $90, with travel stipend and strong clinical support from a dedicated office team.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.
• Active Delaware license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments – homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.

Education

Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
