Job summary

BAYADA is seeking Per Diem or Part Time Physical Therapists (PT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. Deliver therapy in homes and community settings, with a flexible schedule and supportive office network. Compensation includes up to $80 per visit, weekly pay, and travel stipends.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Experience in Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care is preferred.
• Commitment to family-centered, community-based care.
• Experience in pediatric home health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support child development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments—homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
