BAYADA is seeking Occupational Therapists for our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. Work flexible schedules with part-time or per diem options, delivering services in clients' homes and community settings across Delaware.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments - homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
