Job summary

BAYADA is seeking Per Diem or Part Time Physical Therapists to join its Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. This role emphasizes delivering therapy in homes and community settings with a flexible schedule.

You will work with families, empower caregivers, and document visits electronically while receiving weekly pay and travel stipend. Infant and NICU experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child's development.
• Deliver therapy in homes and community settings (homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more).
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.
