Per diem or part-time roles with scheduling flexibility and coverage options offer a rewarding way to support children and families in their homes and community settings. Compensation includes up to $80 per visit, weekly pay, travel stipend, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child's development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments - homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits
