Qualifications

• Current physical therapy license and degree from an accredited program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).
• Pediatric pelvic floor certification Level I Herman & Wallace or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develops individualized treatment plans and implements evidence-based therapies.
• Educates patients and caregivers; coordinates documentation, billing, and scheduling.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and physicians; participates in clinical instruction and committees.
• Provides outpatient pediatric care including school and facility settings; conducts seating/equipment assessments.
